MSU has harnessed its vast water research expertise to create the MSU Water Alliance. This will be a bridging organization among existing water science units on campus and among faculty with water expertise to address challenges, which are immense, said Joan Rose, the Homer Nowlin Endowed Chair in Water Research in MSU’s College of Agriculture and Natural Resources, who will lead the MSU Water Alliance.

She’s on the fast track to stardom. Is that too soon to say at age 10?: “Running as a sport or fitness has many physical, emotional, and mental benefits for all athletes, including children and young adults,” said Jeff Kovan, MSU's director of Sports Medicine and Performance. “As with virtually all sports that we encourage our kids to pursue, there’s a line many cross that becomes detrimental to their health and well-being.”
