His passion and focus at MSU is on creating more connected and compelling digital experiences that deliver on MSU’s brand promise and fulfill audience needs and expectations while simultaneously improving communications and marketing efficiency and effectiveness across campus.
Carmen leads a team of talented professionals who bring MSU’s digital experience to life through digital experience design and architecture, enterprise marketing technology transformation and research and analytics. The team blends the three disciplines to continuously optimize the digital experience and drive business results for MSU.
Carmen has more than 30 years of experience in higher education and more than 20 years of experience in leadership, strategy and marketing operations management. He has a BA in Accounting from Michigan State University and an MBA from the University of Michigan
